31st Annual Missions Conference - Our missionaries for this year are:

  • Joshua Stokes - Spain
  • Chris Myers - El Salvador
  • Joey Clapp - Jewish people in New York City
  • Matthew Mooberry - Brazil
  • Rebecca Young - Taiwan
Each week night our services will begin at 7 O'clock and will include a presentation from a missionary. Then we will be challenged by a missions message. If you are interested in attending and need further information contact the church at (989) 473-3151.

June

Gospel Hootenanny
We HAD a great time with the Crosspoint String Band and the Evans family singing for us. Be sure to plan for next year. It is always the FIRST Saturday of June.

July
Annual Camp Meeting
Dates: 17th - 22nd
Our Preachers for this year are: Asst. Pastor Mark Simpson (Sunday & Monday) from Midland Baptist Church in Midland Michigan. Pastor Dave Fredrick (Tuesday - Thursday) from Galilean Baptist Church, Plymouth, MI. and Pastor Tim Lambert (Friday) of Secord Baptist Church in Gladwin, MI.
These services are held at our Campgrounds just about 1.5 miles NE of the Church. The campground are located at 2906 E. Heath Rd, Lupton, MI. If you have any questions call Pastor Heaton at (989) 473-2107.
Service in the evening will begin at 7:00. Morning services (Wed-Fri) will begin at 9:30 - preachers come prepared to preach. After each morning service will be serve you a delicious lunch.

August
Dates: 14th - 20th

  • WMSD Booth at the Ogemaw County Fair. We'll be there each day with a display about our station. Also, don't forget in the antique village I'll be there with my good friend Eddie Stanford playing my banjo while Eddie sings many hymns and special music.

    Date: Sunday 13th Time: 10:45AM
    As always we will be having some special guests with us and a rousing patriotic service. More info to come.

    December
    New Years Eve Service
    Each December 31st our service starts at 7PM and goes till?  We have games; food, fun, fellowship,preaching and close out the old year and bring in the new with prayer. All are welcome!
